Gold plated (altın) cutlery is suitable for delicate cycle in the dishwasher. Cutlery should be washed immediately after use. Leaving food residues on the products exposes them to negative effects of different acid and salt mixtures in the food residues. Rusting, corrosion, and surface discoloration may occur when the products are left with food residues on them. Cutlery should never be soaked in water in any way. Even if detergent-free water is used, minerals like calcium in the water can damage the surface of the products. Bleach and/or harsh detergents containing lemon should not be used for cleaning cutlery. For stubborn stains, it is recommended to use stainless steel cleaners. Cutlery should be stored completely dry. It is normal for the cutlery to get scratched and lose its shine over time due to usage. The product is made of stainless steel and is 100% Turkish made.
